Chicken and Rice Bake

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup water
¾ cup uncooked rice
¼ tsp paprika
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Dump all ingredients in a 1 gallon ziplock bag, lay flat in freezer. To bake: thaw in fridge, place in 2 gallon casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 375 until done.

Cheesy chicken and rice bake
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¾ cup uncooked rice
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1 bunch broccoli florets, cut up

Dump all ingredients in a 1 gallon ziplock bag, lay flat in freezer. To bake: thaw in fridge, place in 2 gallon casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 375 until done.

Tomato Chicken Gumbo

1 can (14 o) chicken broth
½ lb of sausage links or polish sausage, cooked and drained
1 can spaghetti sauce
2 cups diced chicken
1 can corn
1 green bell pepper, diced.

Dump all ingredients in a 1 gallon ziplock bag, lay flat in freezer. To cook- put in pot and bring to boil, cover and cook over medium until heated through. Serve over rice.

Cheeseburger n Fries casserole

4 lbs ground beef, cooked
2 cans cream soup- any flavor
2 can cheddar cheese soup
1 pack dry onion soup
2 pkg frozen French fries

Put all ingredients but fries in 2 ziplock bags. Lay flat to freeze. To bake, thaw in fridge and pour into 9 by 13 inch baking pan, cover with French Fires and bake 50-55 minutes at 350.

Chinese Chicken Morsels

1 lb boneless chicken breast,
½ cup lemon juice
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Dijon mustard
2 tsp oil
¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Put in a 1 gallon ziplock bag and freeze flat. To serve- take chicken out of marinade, warm marinade in saucepan, broil chicken for 7 minutes, turning once. Serve chicken over rice, top with cooked marinade. Add in bag of stir fry vegetable to make a full meal.
